Vicente C. Villan is a Professor 11 at the University of the Philippines Diliman's Department of History, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP). He holds a BA, master’s degree, and a PhD in History which he earned from the same university.

Romeo P. Peña is dean of College of Arts and Letters and Full Professor at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). As dean and professor, Mr. Peña teaches literature, creative writing, and research at the Kagawaran ng Filipinolohiya, and Graduate School of PUP.

Alphonsus D. Tesoro is provincial government department head of Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office, Capiz. One of the most widely experienced artistic director and producer, known for his commitment in producing artistic pieces, promoting tourism, cultural heritage, nationalism, and good governance, Tesoro is the head of the Executive Council, Committee on Central Cultural Communities, a position he assumed in 2008-2010 and 2014 and served as commissioner of Cultural Communities and Traditional Arts (2017-2019) at the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

Mary Jane B. Rodriguez-Tatel is an Associate Professor at the Department of Filipino and Philippine Literature, College of Arts and Letters (CAL), University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman. She teaches Philippine Studies and language [Filipino] courses. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Masters in History in 1992 and 2001, respectively, from the same university.
